Avaas Vikas Yozna(Mandola Vihar) is a group housing scheme which comes under UPAVP (Uttar Pradesh Avaas Vikas Yozna).It's mission is to ensure affordable housing in environmentally invigorating habitats with inclusive facilities which includes modern amenities, community services, hospitals, educational institutes, neighbourhood parks and playgrounds especially for the economically weaker section, low and middle income groups and competitive price options for the other sections of the society.
