To connect the Delhi Yamunotri Marg to Delhi, Khajuri Pusta four-lane highway is operational now. On the proposal sent by the government, after the approval of Rs.40 crores for the construction of Khajuri-Pusta Marg, construction work had started on the same. According to Rajiv Agrawal, Executive Engineer, PWD, Khajuri-Pusta road has been built with new technology. The base of this road has been made by mixing cement. After this, the process of submersion was followed. Around 62 centimeters wide central section have built in the middle of the road. Plants will be planted on this section. Going from Delhi to Baghpat, traffic passes through Loni. Although there are many ways to enter UP, one of these routes is the Khajuri-Pusta Road on Delhi-Yamunotri Marg. Single road from Patha Chaki to DLF up to four kilometers. Then comes a double road from Delhi to Khajuri Chowk. Earlier all vehicles had to travel from Loni Border to go around Delhi via Shahdara. The same situation was also faced by vehicles going from Delhi to Saharanpur, Shamli etc. This road had become quite disenchanted due to metro construction. The road is blocked all day long. Traffic pressure is high. This caused a lot of traffic junk on the Loni border. At the same time, there were a lot of accidents on this single road. As a result, thousands of people visiting Rishikesh, Haridwar, Saharanpur, along with those living in Trans Delhi Signature City (Tronica City), have been merged with Mandola Vihar Residential Scheme and Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation. About 50 thousand vehicles pass through this road every day. People from Saharanpur to Delhi will now have to cover a distance of 10 km and reach Kashmere Gate station in 20 minutes due to the construction of the Khajuri-Pusta Road.
